Come experience the quiet, introspective and passive poses of yin yoga, to calm and balance the mind and body, reduce stress, improve flexibility and release fascia. The complimentary Emotion Code technique will be intertwined in our practice to help release emotional baggage, create a wave of awareness and a path to explore Self. We’ll end our time together with a long, restful and meditative savasana, drift away and process all that we set free. You’ll leave with more peace, calm and harmony.
