Hi! Kim here. Let me help you make your wellness resolution doable - and maybe even enjoyable😉

If you've started, or are thinking about starting (... or thinking about restarting😅) a diet or exercise routine and already feel overwhelmed, confused, or restricted, I can help you navigate it in a way that actually fits your life.

There is SO much information out there, and most of it is loud and conflicting. I help cut through the noise, simplify things, and support you as you figure out what works best for your body.

If food is feeling restrictive, I'm really good at showing you what you *can* eat - and getting you excited about it. (I mean, you all know I’m kind of an expert in this department!)

If you've started working out and something hurts, feels weird, or just isn't working, I'm great with exercise modifications, form help, and alternatives for pain, limitations, or "this feels wrong" moments. And if you don't know where to start at all? Yep. I've got you.

But maybe the most important part:
You don't have to do this alone.
Health coaching means having someone you can be real and vulnerable with - the wins, the struggles, the frustration, and the "why is this so hard?" moments - without judgment. A knowledgeable coach and partner who's walking alongside you, not yelling rules from the sidelines.

Gabrielle supports clients in relieving stress and pain while enhancing functional mobility, through somatic attunement and deep relaxation. Her offerings include Swedish massage, myofascial work, gentle deep tissue techniques, and breath work support. Her work is grounded in applied polyvagal theory and a holistic approach to healing.
