🔥 WELCOME TO THE SUMMER TFP TEAM, COACHES NATE AND JAKE🔥

We are pumped to have Nate Goodwin and Jake Parker joining us this summer at TFP! 💪

Nate’s coming to TFP after finishing his final semester at University of New Hampshire and is diving into his 400-hour capstone internship with us. He’s ready to build connections, grow as a coach, and help YOU crush your goals in the weight room. He’s a future physical therapist in the making, huge believer in movement for life, and loves getting after it outdoors—whether it’s running, hiking, or snowboarding.

Jake is currently completing his final semester at Springfield College by doing his 400-hour internship at TFP over the summer. He is looking forward to building relationships with everyone, continuing to grow as a strength and conditioning coach, and help guide the members of TFP on their fitness journeys. He enjoys being outdoors - whether it be hiking, walking his dog, or running.

Hey Moms and Dads!

If your summer is already filling up with camps, sports practices, and shuttling kids all over town… don’t forget to carve out a little time for YOU too!

We’ve been running 5:30 AM adult classes for almost three years now but we know not everyone wants to or can get up that early!

This summer, we’re offering adult sessions Monday through Thursday at 9:00 am and 6:30 pm, and it’s designed perfectly for busy parents like us.

✅ Strength training to help us get strong and/or lose body fat
✅ Cardio to help keep those hearts and lungs strong
✅ Stretching & mobility to prep for those long car rides
✅ Positive, supportive community to keep us and our kids going!

Sessions are just $20 each with a summer package—and you can come whenever it works for you. No stress, no guilt, just show up and get a great workout in between the craziness of summer camps and vacations.

Another great 10-week offseason program with our boys from !

After 2 hours of skills and drills from 8-10am for the last 10-weeks, 10-20 kids came in every Saturday for additional power and strength training.

Championships in the fall happen because the work never stops! Incredibly proud of all these kids and their parents for believing in our mission of developing physical and mental strength in today’s youth!

Shoutout to student assistant coaches and for helping out and cutting their teeth in the strength and conditioning game. Proud of both of you!

Good luck during spring sports and we’ll see you back in the summer! 💪

Help us welcome Thursday coaching intern, Kristina Kyle!

Coach Kristina is a current junior in the Health Science/Pre-Physical Therapy Program. She’s an athlete on both the Women’s Soccer Team and Women’s Track & Field Team at Springfield College. For soccer, she plays outside defense and for track, she’s a mid-distance runner (800m and mile). 

She is super excited to work at TFP to build connections with all of the coaches and athletes while learning how to become a great coach. She’s looking forward to gaining the confidence to lead in the weight room and help athletes develop to their fullest potential. 

A fun fact about Kristina is she also plays tennis, golf, ski, and does triathlons!
