Our winter family event was in Boston to see New Edition, Boys II Men and Toni Braxton. Amazing show with great energy, singing and dancing. My feet are screaming from dancing in heels😉. Whole event was 10/10…. food, room, and show.

Water has been my focus this week and let's just say my dreams are still flooded – literally, with nightmares of teaching underwater classes 🤣. No fear of aqua Pilates, that's for sure! The kindness from clients has been my lifeline, and I'm grateful for the borrowed equipment and good vibes. Fingers crossed that this lead to the bathrooms being a bit more cozy. Classes resume Monday. Thanks to my husband for being my rock.

Spent Saturday advancing my Pilates skills with and it was incredible. I don’t often get to use the Tower, Springboard, and Trapeze Table, but the post-class glow is always worth it. blends classical techniques with contemporary approaches, and I’m so grateful to learn from her expertise. Looking forward to sharing new moves with my Pilates community.
