Core and More is a Pilates studio that offers mat and apparatus classes using the Reformer, Trapeze Table, Ladder Barrel, Arc and Combo Chair. Pilates is a series of exercises used to strengthen the core muscles, improve balance, coordination and posture. Pilates can be used to improve other sport and recreational activities and be included as part of an injury prevention program.
