My approach is person-centered and I feel a stable therapeutic relationship and trust is crucial in helping you. I provide individual therapy to adults; specializing in maternal mental health and trauma. I also have years of experience helping people with anxiety, depression, transitions, relationships, family & peer conflicts, ADHD, and trauma.
