Michelle Caron is a practitioner and teacher with over 10 years of experience as an educator and over 20 years of research, training and experience in Holistic/Alternative Health. In addition to being a veteran educator and graduate of Boston College, Michelle is a highly trained Core Shamanic Practitioner and Counselor, Usui Reiki Master-Teacher, Community Herbalist, Holistic Health Coach and Legally Ordained Interfaith Minister, Group X/Dance Fitness Instructor and Yoga/Meditation Teacher, who wanted to make a difference and help people to feel their very best. She has worked with all ages and backgrounds and has also studied other forms of alternative medicine.
