6:00 AM – 8:08 AM | Beachside 🌊
If weather does not permit, we will gather indoors at the BESOUL studio space.

Join me for a sacred early morning class to honor the Lionsgate Portal, a potent energetic opening happening each year on 8.8.
This is a time to align with light, awaken your soul memory, and activate your inner radiance.
We’ll begin at sunrise with an open-eyed sun-gazing meditation, followed by breath and light body movement to open the heart and center our energy. From there, we move into a guided DNA light code reiki activation meditation, followed by journaling and a creative ritual of Shell Scribing.
To close, we’ll move through an oil anointing ritual at exactly 8:08 AM, sealing the energy of this portal. And if it calls to you, a spontaneous ocean dip to complete the experience.
What to bring:
– A yoga mat or blanket to lie on
– A beach towel (for warmth or water)
– Your journal

What you’ll receive:
– A full sunrise soul ceremony in community
– Your own shell for the scribing ritual
– A mini anointing oil to take home
– Water and tea for grounding and integration

This is more than a class. It’s a moment.
When we take time to align with the sacred energies available to us, something shifts.

Winter Solstice Celebration 🔔
108 Sun Salutations & Intention Setting 🕯️

Join & for a beautiful 90-minute yoga class on December 21st at 9 AM

Together we will honor the Winter Solstice 🕯️
a time of rekindling our spirits and the return of light.

We’ll begin in a sacred circle, discussing the significance of the solstice and sharing our intentions for the season ahead. Then, we’ll flow through 108 sun salutations, thoughtfully broken into manageable segments to honor our bodies and breath. Each segment will be accompanied by an intention stone, creating a beautiful atmosphere of connection and mindfulness.

We will end our practice, with a tranquil meditation, with gentle Reiki touch ✨

Come celebrate the light within and embrace the new beginnings that the solstice brings. All levels are welcome!
