We are a private-owned Family Practice Clinic serving all ages! We understand the healthcare needs in our area and look forward to serving you!

Owned by Shelby Casper, FNP and her husband, Kyle Casper, who are both Southeast Colorado natives. Opening in January 2022. We will be open to accept records the end of December. Please note, no one will be in the clinic during normal working hours prior to that time.

Our Holiday hours look a little different this year. This year, my staff and I will be taking some much needed time between Christmas and the new year to spend with our families and focus on what matters most. With that being said, here’s our holiday hours so you can be prepared:

12/24 Christmas Eve: CLOSED
12/25 Christmas Day: CLOSED
12/29-1/2 CLOSED FOR THE WEEK

💥Important Pharmacy Update💥

We have been informed that Safeway Pharmacy is closing in Lamar and La Junta. If you currently use Safeway to fill your prescriptions, you will need to contact them to request a transfer of your prescriptions to the pharmacy of your choice.

Your health is our priority and we want to ensure there are no interruptions in your medication access.
