I felt like sharing this special message today with the full moon so close.

✨️ Fighting doesn't solve anything. Allow yourself to be pulled out of the moment. Stop and retreat to lick your wounds. Return with a cooler head and a better grasp on how to move forward more amicably. Raised voices cause more problems than they solve. Create your boundaries, stand by them, and retreat when you feel things getting heated and out of control. Remember this is a practice, so keep trying, keep putting the work in.
