We’re proud to celebrate Heather Rowland, Edenbrook Hampton’s Assistant Director of Nursing & Wound Care Nurse! Heather’s journey has been truly inspiring. She’s faced challenges head-on, overcome obstacles with grace, and emerged stronger than ever.
Her positivity and contagious laugh brighten Hampton every day, creating an atmosphere of teamwork and care. Recently, Heather supported her colleague at the PHCA Rising Star event, and now Team Hampton is nominating Heather as a Future Rising Star for her resilience, leadership, and dedication to our residents and staff.

Tis the season to be JOLLY!!! Our Edenbrook Hampton residents have been good ALL year…so each resident is on Santa’s NICE list! Our residents wishes will be fulfilled this holiday season!
