Calling all fathers, father-figures & community leaders!

Elephant Song Doula Services + First Steps & Beyond are looking for Birth Partner Mentors to help guide new dads and support people as they prepare for birth, bonding, and early parenthood.

The Birth Partner Blueprint is a new program that empowers fathers and partners during pregnancy, labor, and the early days of parenthood.

Every birthing person deserves a partner who feels prepared, supported, and confident!

So, we need leaders, caregivers, uncles, bonus dads — men who care about community and believe in showing up.

No medical background needed — just heart, experience, and a willingness to learn hands-on skills that strengthen our families. 💪🏾🖤

Be part of a movement that uplifts Black families and ensures every birthing person has a strong, confident partner by their side.
