I was just sitting here thinking about when I was in the third grade and a boy named Carl wanted to walk me home but another boy Wes said he'd beat him up if he did. I told Carl don't worry about it he won't really beat you up. Well........he did. Opps! So he came home with me and I decided to "care for his wounds" Now I do not know what I was thinking or why I would do this, but I put white shoe polish on every scratch and bruise and told him that that is what my Mom did. (What a liar I was!) I felt very important that I had applied first aide. I am sure he was glad to get home and get second aide!!! Can you even imagine what his mother thought! I laugh so hard every
time I think of this!
