After filing all the paperwork to close Tberapeutic Massage we have had to change some dates:
Therapeutic Massage will officially close Feb 27, and I will be taking appointments starting March 3 at Refuge Wellness, keeping my same appointment schedule. I will post that link here at the end of Jan.
I am happy to have a few extra weeks to close things down here like I want to, and it will make for a smooth transition over to Refuge Wellness. That transition has already started for me to join the team and I’m excited to be working alongside such amazing colleagues!

I am sad to announce that Therapeutic Massage of Willard willl be closing at the end of this month. With the rent increase in the East Shopping Center I won’t be able to keep my doors open.

Thank you for trusting me to help you in your health journey! It has been a wonderful near decade of serving the Willard community!

Starting Jan, I will be joining forces with Refuge Wellness. I hope to see many of you as I transition to a new location. I will post more info and updates here as the month progresses so there won’t be any gaps in your appointments.

My heart is heavy as I close this chapter so abruptly, but also hopeful and excited for the next chapter! Refuge Wellness is top-notch, and I am honored to be joining their team!

📣 Important Update: Rate Changes Starting October 1st

As of October 1, my session rates will be updated to:
✨ $50 for 30 minutes
✨ $85 for 60 minutes

This change reflects my continued growth in skills, education, and experience — as well as the rising demand for high-quality therapeutic services. My long-term goal is to align more closely with the fair market value for my skill-set. I plan to make a few more adjustments next year to move closer to that standard ($100 for 60 mins).

I’m deeply grateful for your ongoing support and trust, and I remain committed to providing you with the highest level of therapeutic care.

Neurokinetic Therapy is now officially on the menu at Therapeutic Massage!
I recently passed my Level 1 exam and I am now listed as a certified Level 1 NKT therapist.

NKT is a results-driven assessment protocol that can help us make real change when we have been stuck “fixing” the same thing with massage. I’m so excited to add this to my practice!

Teaching again this weekend, level 1 and 2 in one class. And I have the world’s best assistant with me to take videos so I can make these classes available for online credit as well. Lots of things coming up for Therapeutic Massage!

We now have a website! The website will have updated information about CE classes and services offered as well as contact information.
At this time we do not use online booking. Text, call, or message to book an appointment.

Sarah utilizes over 300 hours of continuing education to tailor each session to your body's unique needs.

Bitter sweet day today. Sold my bars that I made 4 years ago, to create a better classroom space. I loved my bars, they served me well. But growth demands change, and I am moving head first into this season of teaching! I have many more classes coming your way!
And I did not give up those techniques that I needed the bars for, I have just changed to a different suspension system. But that will be another post for another day!
