::BLOOM FROM THE ROOTS::
This past weekend in Oaxaca City I had the honor of teaching lymphatic breast care with Bloom from the Roots and my heart is still full.
There is something profoundly healing about women gathering together in a space of trust, learning to tend to their own bodies with presence and care and curiosity.
We explored lymphatic flow, breast health, and the deep connection between the breasts, womb, and nervous system. But more than techniques, what emerged was intimacy and closeness - with our bodies and with one another.
To witness women soften, reconnect, and reclaim body literacy in a culture that so often encourages disconnection is endlessly moving.
I love teaching this work.
I love watching women remember their wisdom.
I love seeing the tenderness that arises when we slow down and listen.
When we learn to care for our breasts and wombs, we are tending to far more than tissues, we are tending to our vitality, our cycles, our histories, and our wholeness.
So grateful to every woman who showed up with openness and self inquiry, may this work continue to deepen for you!
