A space to learn, practice, and reconnect with your body in a deeply grounded, hands-on way.

You’ll learn how to work with the lymphatic system, support breast tissue health, hormonal balance and develop real skills you can use for yourself and in your work with women.

This is not just theory, this is embodied learning, touch, and integration.

::BLOOM FROM THE ROOTS::

This past weekend in Oaxaca City I had the honor of teaching lymphatic breast care with Bloom from the Roots and my heart is still full.

There is something profoundly healing about women gathering together in a space of trust, learning to tend to their own bodies with presence and care and curiosity.

We explored lymphatic flow, breast health, and the deep connection between the breasts, womb, and nervous system. But more than techniques, what emerged was intimacy and closeness - with our bodies and with one another.

To witness women soften, reconnect, and reclaim body literacy in a culture that so often encourages disconnection is endlessly moving.
I love teaching this work.
I love watching women remember their wisdom.
I love seeing the tenderness that arises when we slow down and listen.
When we learn to care for our breasts and wombs, we are tending to far more than tissues, we are tending to our vitality, our cycles, our histories, and our wholeness.

So grateful to every woman who showed up with openness and self inquiry, may this work continue to deepen for you!

✨Returning to the Spirit Weavers Gathering this summer feels incredibly special.

After a two-year hiatus while I rooted more deeply here in Mexico, I’m coming back to Southern Oregon to teach, share, and tend this work that lives so close to my heart. This will be my 8th Spirit Weavers Gathering, my first trip stateside in over two years, and currently my only in-person teaching in the U.S. for 2026.

I’ll be offering classes on lymphatic breast care for the mothering continuum — supporting the breasts, chest, and lymphatic system through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, menopause, and all the transitions in between.

I’m also honored to be co-leading the Ar**la Practitioner Collective alongside Maya McNeil, where we’ll be offering lymphatic breast and chest massage, education, and hands-on care throughout the gathering. We’ll be joined by our mentor and teacher, DeAnna Batdorff, and together the three of us will be sharing lymphatic-focused classes and holding space for this essential, often overlooked work all week long.

Lately I’ve been sitting with what it really means to practice what I preach — to honor my own boundaries with the same tenderness I ask others to honor theirs.

To remember that generosity and self-sacrifice are not the same thing.

That my worth isn’t measured by how much I give away, how flexible I can be, how many women I can hold, or how low I can keep my prices.

There’s been an internal unraveling happening, a realization that overextension isn’t devotion.
That true service comes from women who are resourced, grounded, and well.

This season is about refinement. About creating from a place of enoughness, not depletion. About slowing down long enough to listen to what feels truly reciprocal — not just for those I serve, but for myself.

I’m learning that accessibility doesn’t have to mean overextending ourselves; it can mean creating different doorways in.

Smaller, more intentional, more sustainable ones that still lead to the same medicine.

Because practicing what we preach isn’t always graceful. It’s a process. It’s uncomfortable. But it’s honest. And we get to keep coming back to it over and over again.
