Practice Labs are back! Our first lab of the season touches on the very principles that inspired our studio in its earliest days! Join our teachers Nicole and Alexis to dive into the many complimentary layers of Yoga and Pilates. Learn how these two practices overlap in their approaches to core training, spinal health, and the importance of the breath!

By popular demand, we're bringing back our friday night class time! Happy Hour Heat is a Hot vinyasa style class where you can expect funky postures and challenging flows! We're also introducing a rotating teacher lineup to keep the energy and fun at an all time high!

Join us for our first book club meeting of the year! Our teacher Heidi will be facilitating the meeting and discussions about "Heart Minded: How to hold Yourself and Others in Love."

This will be a one-time meeting where all are welcome whether you've read the book or would just like to join in with the community. The following book and facilitator will also be announced for the next quarter!
