✨ I’m thrilled to share some exciting news! ✨
This week I’m joining Repose Wellness Center Union Square as a yoga therapist, working alongside an incredible team of clinicians who offer psychotherapy, somatic therapy, and EMDR therapy. It’s an honor to be part of a community so deeply committed to holistic healing and integrated wellness.
As part of this new chapter, I’ll be offering three public group classes each week:
🧘♀️ Somatic Slow Flow + Sound Bath
Tuesdays & Thursdays at 6:00 p.m.
🌙 Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath
Saturdays at 2:30 p.m.
I believe that nervous system regulation is at the heart of all healing. I’m grateful I get to share some of my favorite nervous system regulating and rewiring practices at Repose, like embodied unwinding, interoceptive awareness, and conscious relaxation but also with sound vibration, visualization, breath work, and meditation—I can’t wait to welcome you into the space.
Through these practices we learn to listen to the language of our body, teaching us that we can honor our story but that we don’t have to carry it with us in our tissues.
I’ll also be available for 1:1 yoga therapy sessions, tailored to your unique needs and goals.
