I love a good arm balance! Little snip of what we have been exploring in some of my classes every week as well as Flight Club.

Tittibhasana, Firefly Pose, is an advanced arm balance that mimics the appearance of a firefly in flight. It requires a unique combination of core strength, arm stability, and deep hamstring flexibility.

One great way to make the pose more accessible is by adding two yoga blocks.
