PLEASE HELP US IDENTIFY THESE SUSPECTS

On 9/10/2024, a York-Poquoson Sheriff's Office deputy was dispatched to a residence in James City County in reference to a larceny that occurred at approximately 3:00 PM while the victim was shopping at the Walmart, located at 731 E Rochambeau Dr. After speaking with the victim, it was determined that an unknown male approached the victim, as she was loading groceries into her vehicle. The male suspect asked the victim several questions about directions to locations in the area. While engaged in this conversation, an unknown female approached the victim from behind her and stole the victim's purse while distracted by the male. Later in this investigation, it was found that the victim's debit card was used at the Wells Fargo bank in an attempt to withdraw cash from inside the bank. When the bank clerk asked for identification, both subjects left the bank, walked up to the ATM, and withdrew $1000.00 in cash.

During the course of this investigation, video surveillance was obtained from Walmart, and it revealed the following:
The male suspect was seen following the victim to the self-checkout lane. The male suspect kept his distance but maintained a visual of the victim as she checked her items through the self-checkout line. Once the victim was ready to make her purchase, the male suspect got in line directly behind the victim and watched as she entered her PIN number to her debit card. The male suspect then walked past the victim and waited as the victim left the store. The male suspect, now accompanied by a female suspect, followed the victim to her vehicle. The male suspect and the female suspect separated in the parking lot, and the male suspect approached the victim from the passenger side of her vehicle, distracting her, while the female suspect approached from the driver's side and stole her purse.
