No judgement here! We believe everyone can benefit from the mind body connection that our classes provide. We look forward to meeting you where you are and joining you on your journey. A lot of studios consider the individuals who take their classes to be students. Around here we consider our students to be friends and so we call them just that. Not only do we want to teach we also want to be there beside you, encouraging and supporting you each and every time we meet! Our classes are sequenced with a therapeutic vision in mind. What does that mean? We want our "friends" to get the most our of their practice and we want to keep their bodies safe in the process. What a win win!!! After all we only have one body, let's make the most of it and practice yoga into our 90s! In addition to our way of teaching, our state of the art facility has the most cutting edge air quality control system available. We are able to control the heat, humidity, and oxygen levels in the space. No worries about it being hard to breathe. Pretty amazing technology.
