🌷 Spring is almost here! 🌷

A friendly reminder that March 15th is the final day to remove Christmas decorations from gravesites. After that date, any remaining items will be respectfully disposed of. Unfortunately, we do not have the storage space to hold decorations that are not picked up. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the cemetery looking its best for the spring season.

We have extended the time frame to have the Christmas decorations picked up until March 15, 2026. After that the grounds crew and office staff will remove and dispose of any Christmas decorations.

The ice is finally melting away. But it is leaving to the gardens with puddles of water. So if you are planning on coming to the park. Be prepared for the wet conditions. Hopefully the warmer temperatures will help dry it out soon.

There is still a lot of ice on the entrance and in the garden. Hopefully the warmer temperatures this week will melt the ice . Please do not come out to the park and walk around!The gardens are covered in ice . # safety first. # winter weather.

WEATHER UPDATE: WATA will be ending service today, January 31st, at 6 PM.

WATA will also implement the following service changes for Sunday, February 1st:

- WATA will delay service to begin at 10 AM
- Paratransit Service will also begin at 10 AM.

We will provide an update by 9 AM if there will be limited service. For the most up-to-date information, please continue to check http://gowata.org, Transit app, and our social media accounts.

We are still dealing with ice on the entrance and roads and in the gardens. So if you come to the park, please be very careful of the icy conditions. I will update again on Monday when I return to the office.
