The reception team at Williamsburg Eye Care do an amazing job handling your calls, text messages, checking our patients in, checking them out, along with the daily tasks in preparing for the day, keeping the day on schedule, while preparing for the next day. In an effort to support them we have hired Elmer, who works outside of our office but is part of our recpetion team. While still learning, you'll find Elmer to be pleasant and quick to respond to your call or text. We feel he fits well with the caring culture of our office.
