Love is in the air and on our bookshelves! In honor of Heart Health Month, we are celebrating all the things that keep our hearts full; connection, curiosity, laughter, and a great story.

WindsorMeade residents enjoyed a “Blind Date with a Book” experience, selecting a mystery read wrapped and labeled only with a few fun clues. Whether it is a heartwarming romance, an inspiring memoir, or a page-turning mystery, each book is a reminder that keeping our minds engaged is just as important as keeping our hearts healthy.

This month, we are pouring into the things we love! Friendships, lifelong learning, and moments that make us smile. Because a healthy heart is a happy heart! ❤️

💕 Love and Marriage Game Show Winners 💕

We are thrilled to spotlight the winning couple from our Love and Marriage Game Show at WindsorMeade, Chip & Jean! ❤️

Their story began at a New Year’s Eve party in 1968. Both arrived with different dates, but one conversation changed everything. The very next day, Chip called Jean for a date (winning a $10 bet in the process!) and after a “10 out of 10” goodnight kiss, they have never looked back.

After a five-year courtship, Jean graduated college, Chip took leave from the Navy, and they were married on December 29, 1973.

✨ 57 years together
✨ 52 years married
✨ And still making each other smile

Their advice to younger couples?
“Take your time, have fun getting to know your partner, and embrace their choices, after all, you are one of them!”

Now that is a winning love story! 💕

💕 Love Was in the Air at WindsorMeade! 💕

Last night our residents took center stage for a lively round of the “Love and Marriage” Game Show. The sparks (and laughter!) were flying!

Couples were put to the test to see just how well they really know their spouses. From worst gifts to first kiss rankings, the answers ranged from spot-on to hilariously off the mark. The evening was filled with big laughs, sweet surprises, and more than a few heartfelt “awwws” from the audience. ❤️

It was such a joy to celebrate the beautiful love stories that make our community so special.
