For seven years, my mother has received Home Health care and support for her dementia. In the past, my mother has had many caregivers along the way; however, none have been as skilled, patient and caring as Ms. Heide. Ms. Heide continuously responds to my mother in a kind, respectful and jovial tone at all times. With Ms. Heide, I have never had to worry or second guess the care that my mom is provided.
In short, Ms. Heide is just naturally a phenomenal woman who demonstrates well above average caretaking skills.
