✨ Another incredible day in the books for Corporate Wellness ✨

Today we had an amazing time enhancing workplace wellness through guided meditation, journaling for stress relief, team mandalas, and calming-spot mini canvas art activities.

We also had the opportunity to participate alongside other fantastic offerings, including Zumba, stretch and yoga, cookie decorating, chair massages, and a variety of self-care experiences designed to help employees reset and recharge.

With approximately 85 participants, the energy, engagement, and joy in the room were truly inspiring. Days like this remind me how powerful experiential wellness can be in helping Corporate America move toward healthier, more balanced lives.

A huge thank you to my incredible staff for showing up with professionalism, creativity, and heart—you made this day seamless and special.

I am so overjoyed and hope every employee felt supported, relaxed, and celebrated during today’s festivities. More photos to come!

Every time we pick up weights — whether it’s 5 lbs, a barbell, or our own body weight — we’re doing far more than shaping muscle.

We’re supporting our physical wellness, caring for our brain health, boosting our mood, and contributing to anti-aging from the inside out. Strength work is one of the most powerful gifts we give our future selves.

Strong is feminine. Strong is protective. Strong is a wellness strategy.

Welcome to Dimensional Wellness, Olivia Stewart! 🎨

Olivia Stewart holds a Master of Arts in Counseling and Art Therapy from Virginia Health Sciences at Old Dominion University. She also earned her Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from Christopher Newport University. Her journey with art began in early childhood, inspired by her grandmother, a painter who nurtured her creativity. Through her own healing journey, Olivia discovered the profound ways art fosters growth, expression, and recovery—an experience that shaped her deep belief in art’s unique ability to bring healing and connection.

Olivia works with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She integrates talk therapy with art therapy, offering clients a powerful avenue for healing when words alone may not be enough. Her goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals feel seen, understood, and empowered to move forward with hope and confidence.
