Real Hot Yoga is committed to offering the ultimate hot yoga experience by providing students with a state-of-the-art facility in a warm, welcoming, supportive environment. All classes are either hot (95) or real hot (105 degrees). Real Hot Yoga is a state-of-the-art hot yoga studio. Our 1,500+ square foot yoga room features a heating system designed specifically for hot yoga. It offers precise te

mperature and humidity control; and a UV air filtration system, which removes 99% of germs, bacteria, viruses, and odors from the air. The heat allows you to achieve a deeper stretch with less chance of injury. We’re testing a brand new class format to see if it deserves a spot on our schedule—and we want your feedback.

REAL STRENGTH is a full-body strength training class built around intentional, grounded movement using dumbbells and simple compound exercises. You’ll flow through three standing series and finish with core work on your mat.

After class, Love Is Essentials will be popping up with the same peppermint oil used during meditation, along with other handcrafted essentials like body butter and wellness oils to support your self-care journey.
