Learning happens through direct experience — something yoga offers every time we step onto the mat.
In yoga, you can read about alignment, listen to a teacher explain pranayama, or watch a video on meditation — but until you actually move through the poses, feel the breath in your own body, and experience stillness for yourself, the knowledge stays in your head rather than your heart.
The magic of yoga is that it invites us not just to be told or shown, but to be fully involved — mind, body, and spirit — so the lessons become part of who we are.
