While not all of these are relatable, there are some hidden gems. I personally appreciated #7, 34, 36, 55, 78, 89. They align with my intention of doing less, enjoying more. It's the small things: a mug of tea, a warm blanket, a furry friend, a beautiful piece of music, dark chocolate. Best friends. Gratitude. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. There is beauty everywhere if we look for it.

This is why the primary focus of WBT is on care for Lymphedema and Lipedema. Imagine gaining independence from cancer only to be told that what cured your cancer has caused your lymphedema. Lymphedema has no cure, is under-recognized by the medical community, and most treatment is not covered by insurance. When the day finally comes where more research is funded, and care is covered -- well, that will be time to celebrate.
