✨What’s your role at couture med spa?
I am the Assistant Practice Manager here at Couture Med Spa in Williamsburg, Virginia. I help and support our Practice Administrator, Whitney, in operating the spa and making sure our days run smoothly. I started as a Client Care Coordinator and I still work with clients and assist the providers during treatments. But now as an assistant manager, I’ve taken on more responsibilities and have become involved with “behind the scenes” administration duties such as finances, marketing, decision making, and supporting the rest of our team.
✨What is the most rewarding part of your job?
The most rewarding part of my job is doing great things, with great people, for great people. All of the clients that come through our doors are lovely and it’s so amazing to see them light up and gain confidence after any services with us. Seeing someone smile and feel good about themselves because they’re relaxed after a facial or seeing a difference in their skin after laser treatments or injectables is very heartwarming. Our goal is to enhance the natural beauty and boost confidence from the inside out. I also love the girls I work with. They make work so much fun; from the laughter to tears to everything in between. We’re like a big family, respect each other, and all bring a lot to the table which really makes a difference in the work environment.
