We are so proud to celebrate the success of Ms. Sandra Duncan! After a recent hospital stay, leaving her with decreased strength and endurance, needing extra help with mobility and daily activities, she came to our facility determined to regain her independence. Through hard work, consistency, and a positive attitude she made an incredible progress. Her motivation and willingness to return home to her husband allowed her to do just that! Congratulations on this amazing achievement! Wishing her all the best! Thank you to Sandra for choosing Williamsburg Health & Rehab for her therapy needs.

Today is National Doctor’s Day and we want to give a shout out to our medical director, Dr. Atienza, and Dr. Killian for their exceptional skills! We extend a heartfelt thank you to our incredible providers for the compassionate and dedicated care they give to our residents each and every day. Their knowledge, patience, advocacy, and commitment make a meaningful difference in the lives of those we serve.

This week was Long Term Care Administrator’s Week and we celebrated the heart of our facility who is the person that makes sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently while always putting our residents first. Being an administrator means wearing many hats. From being a leader, problem-solver, encourager, and in Laura’s case - sometimes being a chef, she is willing to jump in wherever she’s needed. It is evident how our residents adore her. We are grateful for her leadership, dedication, compassion, and guidance that she brings to our facility each and every day. Who are we?

Williamsburg Health & Rehabilitation Center is located just off I-75 near the beautiful University of the Cumberlands and is easily accessible to all of southeastern Kentucky. We are a 125-bed nursing facility offering 24-hour nursing, radiology, laboratory, and pharmacy services. We also offer short and long term rehabilitation care with Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapies to meet individual resident needs. Out mission is to provide every resident the highest quality of care in a homelike setting while maximizing quality of life. We strive to emphasize lifelong learning, personal growth, well-being, and health.
