Our thoughts and prayers go out to our friends and businesses in our beautiful downtown area this morning. This fire has NOT affected our facility in any way however traffic flow through our city is disrupted. Please be aware if you plan to visit today that you may experience traffic detours from the downtown area and please pray for those who continue to work on this situation and those who are affected.

It is with heavy hearts that we ask you to join us in prayer for the family and friends of our 300 unit nurse, Teresa Mitchell, who passed away this morning after a brief battle with cancer. Teresa has been a faithful and loving nurse to our residents for 17 years. She touched the lives of countless residents, families, and co-workers along the way and we are truly blessed to have known her.

Happy National Cheese Lovers Day! 🧀 We arent trying to be “cheesy,” but wanted to share that our residents had a “grate” time celebrating with a delicious charcuterie board which consisted of yummy cheeses, meats, and treats! Thank you to our wonderful dietary manager for a fantastic job!

This week our residents enjoyed a Christmas outing to Shelley Ridge to see the beautiful lights! Christmas Carols and a a visit from Santa completed a festive evening!

Thank you to the Little Jacket Preschool for stopping by this week to sing Christmas songs and share handmade cards with our residents. Our residents loved every moment!

We are always thankful for a good family night spent with our residents. The delicious meal prepared by our dietary department was an added bonus! Thank you to all our residents and their families for giving us the oportunity to care for them during this holiday season and throughout the year.
