Williamson Health & Wellness Center Williamson Health & Wellness Center is a federally qualified health center working for the overall health of everyone in the Tug Valley region.

Williamson Health and Wellness Center is a community health clinic that is designed to serve the Medicaid, Medicare, and Uninsured populations in Williamson, WV and the surrounding communities in Mingo County, WV and Pike County, KY. We provide top notch family care services to patients of all ages. We offer Dental services in our brand-new facility for both children and adults. The WHWC acceptS all Medicaid and Medicare patients, in addition to private insurance patients. For those without insurance, we have a sliding fee scale for those who qualify. The sliding fee scale is designed to allow people of all incomes access to quality healthcare. We also have staff on hand to assist you in determining if you qualify for WV and KY Medicaid and to help you sign up if you do.

Please be advised that the Williamson Health & Wellness Center parking lot is designated exclusively for WHWC patients and providers. This policy is now being actively enforced, and any unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense. Clear signage is posted throughout the lot.

We serve a high volume of patients—from infants to older adults—many of whom require assistance entering and exiting our facilities. Ensuring accessible parking is essential for their safety and well-being. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
