Our Annual Report for Fiscal Year 2024-2025 is now available! During this fiscal year, we provided medical case management services to 188 clients. We also participated in nearly 300 outreach events and welcomed 432 unique patients to our medical clinic.

After the holiday break, we're refreshed and ready for the new year. Our office opens today at 9:00 a.m. If you're an existing patient or part of the HIV and LGBTQIA2S+ communities seeking affirming primary care, contact us to schedule an appointment. For walk-ins, we offer HIV and STI testing from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at each location:

➡ State College office: first Tuesday of every month
➡ Williamsport office: first Thursday of every month

For patients eligible for in-house testing, the last day for testing will be December 19.
