Today is Caring Tuesday, and we at Stay Home Senior Services are asking—truly asking—our community to rally behind Betty’s Wish and the opening of Betty’s House & Wellness Center this spring.

Every day, we walk beside families who are overwhelmed, isolated, and simply exhausted from the weight of caregiving. We see sons and daughters doing everything they can. We see spouses trying to hold on. We see older adults longing for connection, purpose, and moments of peace.

And we know—deeply—that Betty’s House & Wellness Center will change lives.

This dementia-friendly Adult Day Center and Greenhouse has been intentionally designed with the gentle details that matter most: calming colors, soft lighting, meaningful programs, and a healing Memory Garden where participants can breathe, engage, and rediscover joy.

This isn’t just a project.
This is hope.
This is relief.
This is dignity restored.

But it cannot open without us.

Betty’s Wish is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and they must raise $87,000 by December 31 to welcome their first participants this spring.
