Mat Class starts Wednesday!!

Every Wednesday going forward I will be teaching mat class Wednesday evenings 5:15-6:15pm! All are welcome!! Cost is $10 per class and we ask you bring your own mat if possible! (If you don't have one just let us know!!)

Hope to see all of you there!! Please spread the word and bring a friend!! Would love to see lots of new faces in the studio!!

We are located in the James V Brown library! If you park in the parking lot off market street and head in the library doors head to the back. Take the stairs or elevator to the top floor. Once you exit either of those walk down the hallway and the second door on the left is the In Balance Pilates Studio!! You will see a sign on the door or it will be open!!

Want to give Pilates mat a try!! We are holding an intro class this Saturday 9-10:30 and it’s free!!!

I know an hour and a half looks long but that is designed to give us time to break down each exercise and make sure everyone understands the connections we are after!!

All three instructors will be teaching and guiding the class so you can meet us and get a feel for our unique styles!!
