Sugar Scrubs are excellent for exfoliating and softening skin, hydrating and adding an organic aroma to your self-care routine. 😍

THIS WEEKEND! I will be heading to West Virginia Penitentiary for their WV Penitentiary Horror & Para-Con. My mom with The Holistic Cafe will be joining me as well. Together, we will be speaking alongside great individuals including Sean Austin (28 Days Haunted on Netflix), Bishop James Long (Ghost Adventures on Travel Channel), Stacey Leigh from The Rustic Spirit Healing, and many others.

MERCURY RETROGRADE: AUGUST 4 - 28

"Mercury goes Retrograde can put the brakes on momentum causing stress when it comes to projects that we have been working on or plans we have been making. However, this can be a benefit as we can look to work on the details and get things in order for when things move ahead. This can give us some time to focus and to make sure we aren’t forgetting any important details. Mercury can bring communication issues, so make sure that you double and triple check all dates and times for appointments, flights or events.

While Mercury Retrograde usually gets a pretty bad rap, it can be a very good time to get some work done both internally and in our environment. This is a great time to sit down with projects that have been needing a little extra effort in order to get finished like editing, sorting or organizing. As always with the Mercury Retrograde, make sure you look very closely at anything you need to sign, commitments you need to make, and backup all technological devices.
