Let’s break up the doldrums of the winter with this fun workshop. Not only is it fun, you will discover a deeper connection with yourself and balance your energies, which opens the door for more playful existence.
we will explore different ways to connect with yourself and create a foundation for your life. You will learn the proper use of using a pendulum and communicating with your higher self . This can be helpful when you are feeling out of sorts. We will do a powerful chakra healing meditation, along with other ways to invite Balance into your life. And we will do some activities that remind us of how we used to play as children, and we will create a childlike ceremony with handmade items just like when you used to have tea parties.

This afternoon is meant to be Light and fine. It’s mostly an experiential workshop that you can take home with you and integrate into your daily life, it will be a reminder of how to integrate balance and more play into your life on a regular basis.

True healing requires us to look at the mind, body and spirit and know that everything is energy. Bringing things back into energetic alignment is what brings lasting results.
