Safety and Regulatory Considerations (FDA)
Medical Device Safety: Anti-choking devices (like the LifeVac) are often compared to the Heimlich maneuver. However, the FDA has warned that such devices are not approved or cleared for effectiveness and are not considered the standard of care.

Overall, please do your research before purchasing these devices. We are gonna be testing a few devices out. They have more risk than benefits.  We currently do not recommend or endorse any of these unapproved devices.
