Several years ago, in order to build my daughter's confidence and to give her father & I peace of mind that she could defend herself in an ever increasingly hostile world, we began training together at a local martial arts school. Not only have a seen a great increase in my daughter's confidence, but I have discovered a personal passion for self-defense and empowering other women and girls to protect themselves. I have designed "Fight Like a Girl" Self-Defense Parties to provide a fun and comfortable environment for you to learn basic self-defense techniques (no matter your limitations) with your family and/or friends. Parties last for up to 3 hours and can be held anywhere...your home, church, club, business or I can provide venues, if needed.
