What does inclusive public safety look like in action? The Blue Envelope Program, recently launched in Cumberland County, helps create safer, more supportive traffic stops for drivers with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Developed by Inspira Health, in collaboration with the Cumberland County Prosecutor’s Office, this initiative strengthens communication and trust between law enforcement and the neurodiverse community.

Inspira Health, in collaboration with , has released the 2025-2027 Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), which outlines the health-related needs, assets, and barriers in , , and counties.
The provides a comprehensive regional overview of health-related needs, assets, and barriers as reported by community members and residents in these three Southern New Jersey counties. Breakout reports with detailed findings for each county were also generated.
The findings offer actionable community insights and recommendations at the regional and county levels that will guide efforts to improve community health.
