😞I am totally heartbroken 💔 for the top seeds like and that have been eliminated in rounds 1 and/or 2 of THEE Wimbledon Championship! My heart goes out to each of them and watch-out U.S. Open, I bet they each come with a whole new ball of fiery beast-mode!!!! It’s so amazing to watch each of you compete and I’m blown away with the talent, sportsmanship, and gusto each of you have!

What an amazing life you led. The head of 5 lovey, unique, strong willed, girls who grew in to even stronger and independent women. Thank you Daddy for allowing and gifting me the honor and privilege to share your home with you the last 3 years of your life on this planet. You taught me resilience and what it truly means to be a woman of strength. You were one tough cookie but I guess being a 45 year career Marine, and the father of 5 girls, you had to be! 😂 Live ya Daddy!

Received my Matcha Tea and accessories box from and .com and excited and anxious to try. I made the conscious choice to add matcha for the health journey I’m on. I deal with a lot of chronic fatigue due to various medical conditions. I found myself turning to caffeinated sodas to help me get through a work day which only creates more challenges to my health. 🤦🏻‍♀️ The other matcha has and green teas have left me with severe headaches. I have followed (not always practiced 🤷🏻‍♀️) Dr. Weil for years and decided to try his directions with his own invented matcha. We’ll see. It’s a beautiful set and creating a morning meditative ritual of Japanese green tea will be a new practice for me hence the excitement and anxiousness. Here’s to it! 🍵🫖🙏🏼💜
