Inner Knowing Circle is a five-week journey designed to help you reconnect with your intuition and deepen your awareness of your energetic body. Through meditation, journaling, chakra exploration, crystals, oracle cards and other intuitive practices, you’ll learn to distinguish between the voice of your head and the wisdom of your heart. Each Saturday morning offers a calm, supportive space to slow down, listen inward, and trust what you know on a deeper level. This circle is about presence, curiosity, and cultivating an inner guidance system you can return to in everyday life.
