“A dear friend had been encouraging me to try Kinesis for a very long time… and I finally did it!”

What’s your favorite exercise or class?
“Every class is different and challenging. The small class size is especially nice. Each of the instructors is encouraging, knowledgeable, and supportive — they truly meet you at your own level.”

What have you noticed since starting?
“I definitely feel stronger and find my balance is starting to improve! I am always energized after a workout and happy I made the commitment.”
