We’re Rohlax Wellness, a small-but-mighty wellness studio here to help you Release, Restore, and Rohlax through intentional, hands-on assisted stretching.

A bit about who we are:

✨ I’m Chelsea — owner, lifelong healthcare professional, and your resident stretch specialist. With over a decade in healthcare and years of bodywork experience, my mission is to help you reconnect with your body, reduce tension, and improve mobility in a way that feels safe, supportive, and (yes) actually relaxing.

✨ Outside the studio, life looks a little like this:
• I met my sweet husband over 17 years ago playing soccer, and he’s still my favorite teammate.
• We share our lives with three dogs who believe they run the house.
• I’m a newfound plant lover, slowly turning our home into a mini jungle one leaf at a time.
• Currently learning to golf and fish, courtesy of a very patient husband who swears I’m “getting better.”
• Our home away from home? The Rohl Ranch — where chaos, laughter, and cozy nights all live together.

✨ We’re located in Williamsville, NY, proudly serving the WNY community — the place I’ve called home my whole life.
