2024 has been a year of blessings, growth, opportunity and relationship building. I seldomly take the time to reflect on how far ATMvmt has come since it began in 2021. Taking a leap from comfortability and betting on myself was the scariest, yet most rewarding experience of my professional career thus far.
With that said, ATMvmt is in the past and I am proud to launch Revamp Performance.
Revamp- an act of improving form, structure, appearance or function.
My goal is to help every client achieve the best version of themselves through fitness, bodywork, massage and rehabilitation.
