It’s been a season of adjustment for our family…I’m thankful for the flexibility owning and operating my own practice offers in being able to adjust priorities swiftly!
That being said…it’s time to prepare for the season of rebirth arriving soon; this is a reminder of the services offered through the practice: Reflexology, Mindful movement with sensory engagement and health coaching.

Once in a blue moon…the clouds cleared nicely and upon reflecting about the somewhat unexpected passing of a warrior friend Kristin Goetz, I stepped out earlier than usual this morning—much to my delight in being able to practice some grounding (walking barefoot on the grass!) 10/10 recommend for clarity and as part of a comprehensive pain management routine; the sky did not disappoint and I even caught a glimpse of a bunny in my neighbors driveway.

I intentionally avoid my phone first thing in the morning but when I did go back inside to grab it and capture these photos it was 5:55am (and when I screenshot my “ahhhHA moment it was 5:56am—reminiscent of my older 3 daughters Girl Scout/my troop leader days with so there’s that too🤓)…it’s going to be a good day, I feel it in my soul ♥️

What IS shadow work? In my experience, it’s involved radical intimacy with YOURSELF. Being raw and real about YOUR needs, desires and goals. Life will always drop some s**t (in this 1st photograph my pup left a morning shift to be picked up 😂)….but you can 110% STEP FORWARD, into your power when you embrace BOTH the darkness and the light that is but this one life!

I am embracing a couple more days off before announcing the transition of my practice from the fixed site in Clarence to MOBILE (and continued virtual for those who seek it) ON REQUEST EASY!

I’ve never, ever been a gambler; don’t get me wrong—I’ll forever be smitten with Kenny Rodger’s lyrical depiction and seductive notes of encouragement (which began in childhood!) That being said, I have evolved somewhat in recent years from my solid Catholic roots of favoring the number 3 (blessed trinity) to viewing life through a wider lens and embracing numerology, synchronicity and literally FEELING energy 😇 around me.
Numerology is objective and self explanatory, synchronicity while teachable is more subjective to the availability of accessing and CONNECTING TO your subconscious; as for feeling energy—some my call it reiki, others the Holy Spirit🤓regardless it’s all fascinating and exquisite to me!
Today is obviously a notoriously fun day for those of us who geek out to Star Wars (as a young child I was fascinated with Laura Ingalls and only ever wanted to live prairie life; as an adolescent I was intrigued that Princess Leia 🌟 rolled up her braids and started doing the epic work of saving the universe—equally brilliant and appealing to me), its International 👩‍🚒 Firefighters Day(I was honored to be able to serve active for 9years, now serving on the exempt side !)AND THIS YEAR it also happens to be the Kentucky Derby!!! 🐎 (I love 💗 ALL animals but horses have my heart for life!)
So today, after my casual research of said 3 major (to me) events …I may do something entirely out of character and take a small gamble—look at this lineup!?!?! With horse names like this how could you NOT be fascinated by!?!?!?! This ENTIRE lineup resonates WITH MY SOUL! It’s quite literally the story of my life this past decade!!!

It’s going to be a great week learning mindfulness through movement, sensory engagement and a list of activities including rock painting, making bird feeders, planting seedlings into individual greenhouses, making bracelets for practicing skills learned and so much more! 6 openings remain, April 1-5th, Monday-Friday 9am-12n!! $170 for the entire week.
