Sadly, there is no “quick fix.” The goal is to learn more about your body, how much you can tolerate, and how well you recover. Once you understand these concepts, managing your pain becomes MUCH MORE SIMPLE

Tolerable loading is the KEY to managing pain🔑

Find a way to load the area of your complaint in a pain free manner.

Isometrics are the best and simplest way to contract the muscles around the area of pain

And aerobic activity, like walking, biking, etc., is the best way to get systemic blood flow

So, if you can do something without pain, you NEED to be doing it

And then slowly progress as things start to get easier/feel better

Movement IS the answer
