Yearly TOX GUIDE 💉

❣️Quick tox reminder: not every treatment area needs the same schedule.

Areas that we typically use more frequently (such as the muscles around the mouth) can wear off a little quicker than other areas such as the upper face. This is totally normal and we can plan for this!

The goal isn’t more frequent appointments, it’s smarter timing so results stay subtle and consistent. In fact, repetitive exposure to neurotoxins sooner than 3 months can be linked to developed toxin resistance 😱

My personal aesthetic treatments🪩2025 edition

This year I chose treatments that support my skin, structure, and longevity—not trends. Thoughtful biostimulation, subtle balancing, and skin health always come first.

💉Regular full face tox every 3-4 months. My usual treatment includes 11s, forehead, crow’s feet, nasalis, jelly roll, lip flip, DAOs, mentalis, and platysma insertion along the jawline. This is usually around 70-80 units.

🖊️Microneedling with VAMP x2. Ideally I would have done 5-6 sessions this year for scar revision but life got too busy.

🧬Biostimulation with hyperdilute Radiesse. I did two sessions of face, one neck, and received a total of 4 syringes. Radiesse continues to help boost short and long term collagen for skin tightening/laxity and overall plumping.

🖌️Microblading PMU touch up. Eyebrows are SO important to help frame the face. I was so nervous to get my first “tattoo” last year but wish I had done it sooner!

⭐️Last but not least— SHOUT OUT to my regular home skin care routine—medical grade skin care with SkinBetter science, (I started retinol this year!), regular at-home “peels” and nightly LED red-light therapy (I love my Omnilux!).
