Hi friends! The WNYDA needs your help!

We need 7 more volunteers to hit our quota for the Buffalo Marathon water table! If you know anyone who would like to volunteer feel free to invite them--this can include family or friends, anyone who wants to participate!

The marathon is Sunday, May 27th from 6-10am. Once you sign up you'll receive emails with further details.

A fun new spin on the classic chocolate covered strawberry this Valentine’s Day- pomegranate seeds sprinkled on melted dark chocolate 🍫

Melt dark chocolate and smear on a piece of tinfoil, then simply sprinkle pomegranate seeds on top! 🤤

Pomegranate seeds give you an antioxidant kick while adding fiber to the diet. Fighting free radicals is romantic 😍💃🏻

This is a quote from an article I recently read on dieting and I couldn’t agree with it more. The key to eating well and being healthy isn’t a quick fix diet, but rather learning the basics on how to nourish your body 🍋
