School is out and so are the bugs! Some critters are essential to our ecosystem and we’re not a fan of adding toxins to our bodies either, so what do we do to fend off the mosquitoes?! This space is available as of 1/1/25 and we’re so excited for what it could be! It is currently used as a salon but it could hold space for something else too! It is currently set up with seven stations and is plumbed for two wash stations. It was also plumbed for a pedicure station which was removed but can be an option if future tenant is interested. Space has a private bathroom, private treatment room currently being used for color but was built out for esthetics. This space has a private entrance with ramp but is also connected to a waiting room within a wellness center. All utilities (gas, electric, water, internet, garbage), plowing, and lawn are included in rent. Please reach out if interested :)
