When you eat fiber before the rest of your meal, it forms a gel like barrier in your digestive tract. This barrier slows down the absorption of glucose from whatever you eat next.
The result is a gentler, slower rise in blood sugar instead of a sharp spike. Less spike means less crash. Less crash means fewer cravings, more stable energy, and less insulin demand on your pancreas.

This is not about eating a special diet. It is about sequencing what you already eat.
Start your meals with the vegetables. The salad. The roasted broccoli. The soup. Give the fiber a head start. Then eat your protein. Then your carbohydrates last.
Same food. Same portions. Completely different metabolic outcome.

Your fiber does not have to be boring. It just has to be first.

Keep it simple πŸ‘‡

We’ve strayed so far from the conditions our biology evolved for, and we’re paying the price with skyrocketing rates of obesity, diabetes, depression, dementia, and more.

Not enough real food.
Not enough restorative sleep.
Not enough daily movement.
Too much sugar.
Too much stress.
Too much disconnection.

If you want to feel better, you just need to return to what your body recognizes as normal... Cook your meals, go outside, move your body, get some deep sleep, call someone you love.

These are the essential ingredients for reversing disease, balancing your biology, and unlocking vibrant, lifelong health.

Just start with one of these things and build the forward momentum. Once you get the basics right, and everything else gets easier.
