Our Story
Karuna Yoga Buffalo is a comfortable, compassionate space for learning and practicing traditional yoga and meditation. We offer ongoing, weekly classes in the form of specialized, unique six week sessions where you will learn yoga postures, relaxation techniques, yogic breathing, meditation, and yogic philosophy. Open-enrollment/rolling enrollment available. Beginners are encouraged to join. Classes are appropriate for anyone looking to strengthen not only the body but the mind and spirit as well. Whether you need a stronger core, more flexibility, stress relief, or simply more peace in your life...this is the place for you :)
